Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PayrollPedagogue, operated by Paolo Dazio, Via IV Novembre 5/7, 22045 Lambrugo (CO), Italy — VAT/Tax ID 04225480138 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PayrollPedagogue is an online learning platform offering structured courses on SAP ECP Payroll and SAP Time Management. Content is delivered via on-demand video, slides, written material and quizzes.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.

3. Subscription & payment

• The price is €49.99 per month, VAT included where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle is the entity that appears on your bank or card statement, issues your invoice, collects applicable taxes, and handles refunds, chargebacks and returns on our behalf. Customer service inquiries relating to billing and refunds are handled by Paddle.
• By placing an order you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, regardless of usage. Refund requests are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy for how to request one (typically via paddle.net or paddle.com/support).

EU consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day guarantee above is more favourable and applies in addition to this statutory right. Where Paddle's own buyer-protection refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy is more favourable to you, Paddle's policy applies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access.
• Download, scrape, redistribute or republish course materials.
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent technical access controls or rate limits.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials (videos, slides, scripts, quizzes, diagrams) are the property of PayrollPedagogue or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access them for your own professional development for the duration of your subscription.

SAP, ECP, SuccessFactors and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE.

7. Disclaimer

The content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, payroll or professional advice. Always validate configuration against your project's requirements and applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard ("Delete my account").

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Como, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.
