Refund Policy

PayrollPedagogue is operated by Paolo Dazio. Our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders is Paddle.com. Paddle handles payments, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will work with Paddle to process approved refunds back to your original payment method.
2. How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled by Paddle:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact Paddle support at paddle.com/support, or
- Email us at paolo.dazio@gmail.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal; once cancelled, you will not be billed again and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we will review it in good faith together with Paddle.
4. Paddle's policy
Paddle also operates its own buyer-protection refund policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Where Paddle's policy is more favourable to you, Paddle's policy applies.
